PS5: Cannot launch game

Good day. I am trying my earnest to launch the game, but it wouldn’t do it.

the game is on the « continue » initial page with the press X. I see the water droplets, I hear the drum loop. Pressing X does nothing. Pressing any key other than the PS5 menu does nothing.

i reinstalled the game, I restored the license, I deleted my saved game (at 100% 120hrs game play), to no avail.

the game will simply not let me play it. It doesn’t crash, it just stays there looping waiting for a X I cannot seemingly press.

Help?
