However it breaks the purpose of even bying those Palace edition cars.

Why would I buy a car than anyone can have, make it better, then buy a palace edition car which will be worse than the one I had to upgrade ?

The logic is to be able to buy a better car from the start. Otherwise the palace edition is useless.

I paid $70 to receive 4 locked cars and now I have to pay in-game, what a scam from EA

@LevelAux_pheboTotally agree ... Game is fun but getting money is such a grind and the advertising for the Palace Edition fooled me to believe those 4 cars were the bonus gifts for paying extra ... Such a cheap trick to pull but so typical of EA ...they really are a wretched company !

This is ridiculous. I understand that giving the people who bought the palace edition the palace edition cars right away would give us an unfair advantage but we should NOT have to buy them!!! If this is the case then what did we pay for?? The ability to buy them? They’re literally stock cars with a special livery that I’m going to take off anyway. Getting them as you progress is understandable but not having to pay for them. Smh
