Re: Achievements notification

@RarAle2

There is no setting in NHL that controls XBOX achievements.

As I asked before, have you tried shutting the console down completely, re-booting, and then re-booting the game?  If you have, then try deleting the game from your console and re-installing.  If that doesn't work, please contact Microsoft customer support, as this is an issue with your XBOX One.

    I had to do the rebooting a couple of times and I also removed all the notifications of any kind. After a few attempts I managed to get rid of it. The bug has something to do with the NHL game on an XBox platform not with the Xbox itself I'm sure...

    Removing and reinstalling a game is rarely an option after someone played a certain game for several months in a row so I am puzzled whenever I see this kind of advice.

    Thanks.

  • I am also having the same issue....how did you resolve it?

    Try hitting the guide button and using LB to tab over to the Achievements icon. At the bottom, does it say, Turn achievement tracker off?

  • Attached is a screen shot of what is constantly overlayed on my screen as soon as I load the game, even when playing

  • Thank you! This helped me almost 2 years later. Cheers.
