Ranked is big can’t access

    Hi @menac369,

    Are you receiving any error messages when trying to join a ranked match? If you could provide some further information on what's happening we might be able to assist you with some troubleshooting steps.

    @jewelheart are you unable to access ranked games only? Can you please provide some further information on the problem you're facing?

    I can play all formats.  The problem I have is that I've lost four ranks - I ranked up from silver I and instead of hitting Gold IV I found I was silver IV.

    When you ranked up did you see in the match summary that you reached Gold IV? Or did it show that you reached Silver IV?

    If this happens again, could you please record a short clip if that's possible?

    I had a brief message - the rank up announcement that flashes up onscreen - to say I had ranked up, but no bonus RP as had been usual up until then.   That's the only thing I noticed, this temporary screen rank up message.  I then saw the very few RP awarded which sparked my curiosity. At that point the next thing I could see was my badge at the lobby screen reading the wrong rank.

    I can't record a short clip no sorry.  Is that a reasonable thing to ask everyone who plays and is likely to encounter a problem like this?  I'm a 53 year old teacher living in the UK.  I am tech savvy, but not a twitch streamer!!

    Are you able to do anything reasonable towards restoring my RP and rewards that, quite honestly, I feel I've been cheated out of?!

    @jewelheart We're not able to make any account changes here in AHQ and wouldn't be able to restore any RP. I've asked for a short clip showing the bug because that would help our team investigate the problem. Thanks for reporting this, I will keep an eye on the forums for further reports and let the team know about that if we see more of this.

    Well I hope what I described helps. 

    Shame about the lack of power given to your team.  Means a bad taste is left in the mouth of some playerbase which will only get worse if nothing changes eh.  I'm not the only one with this problem I know.
