Unfortunately it sounds like there may have been some confusion with that offer.
The 50 stars(5 levels) are applied to the current Battle Pass which would have been the Season 18 pass at the time this was available, not the Season 19 Battle Pass.
But how is that fair? it wasn't clearly stated that these stars were meant for the current season's Battle Pass, not the next one. So, I was left unaware of the details. I still firmly believe that I was led to believe otherwise by that offer, and I'm hoping for some form of compensation to address this matter.

It seems you're correct; the offer did indeed promise a bonus reward. Therefore, it's only fair that they provide compensation for this mistake, as it is both misleading and unjust.
Community ManagerOkay, but the picture I sent, it's still unclear and misleading. If you purchased it through the Battle Pass section, it's impossible to determine whether you'll receive the stars this season or the next.

Unfortunately both my partner and I also were confused by this. We were wondering what happened to our stars. The “next season battle pass and 50 bonus stars”.
I do agree it is confusing. I understand now but it could be made more clear as other games have similar offers about bonus stars for the next season.
