Out of a thousand different ideas, you're telling me the best they came up with was a scanning character, again?
Why not a vampire who affects health below shields, or a legend with radiation damage that emanates from their body or a talking octopus legend with the power to ... spin lasers in all directions ... or something...

@LaughingSharko Pretty sure the main reason is because the entire game is such a disaster of a house-of-cards, that they are super limited as to what new abilities and feature that they can introduce without ACTUALLY breaking the game coding. Either that or it's just laziness....
