2 different ranks at main menu, HELP!!!
PLEASE HELP!!! Since reset, all our ranks Should have reset according to the patch notes provided. I reached platinum II at the end of season 3, therefore my rank should of been reset to silver II. ...

@FaIIenAngeI777 The rank above my characters head is the one I’ve an issue with! And what’s strange that I’ve only just noticed now and again is when I log in it’ll flick between gold IV and plat II before eventually sticking to solid plat II badge.
@Mossanario Idk if any of these options will help as it sounds like its an issue on Apex’s Server Side
Search for %ProgramData%/Origin and delete all folders but do NOT delete the LocalContent folder
All this does is clears your apex legends cache and usually solves issues for me but not sure if it will solve yours
You could open Origin and Right click apex legends and click repair game but not sure if that will help either im pretty sure its something EA/Respawn need to fix since it involves your rank

- @FaIIenAngeI777 Ok very strange but I’ve basically played a game on ranked on solo and it’s now reset my rank to match the one I’m meant to be at... so so strange, but at least it’s fixed up! Thanks for your help and quick replies !
