20 level people get heirlooms and i have no heirloom

I have seen 20 level player are having heirloom of their mains but I don't even have any heirloom, even though i have worked my butt off to earn it, EA only give it to others rather than giving to so...

@ZenitsutanjiroYes, theres nothing we can do simply its strategy that big bosses found that it will get them mo money! Funny thing, I bought my first pass with cash. Then 2 years I didnt put cent more into game until season 8 when I wasted some coins on black friday packs so I didnt had enough to buy s8 pass.Bought 1000 coins on steam, and puff! SIX legendaries in row! Coincidence? I think not
