The community leaders here not really addressing the issues to the developers. So it's ok for you to vent your frustrations. But sadly, the developers won't care.

Prove your first statement "The community leaders here not really addressing the issues to the developers" or stop making them.
Be a leader here yourself and try to help the community and the CM's help make the game better by providing feedback and not just complaining or being a Debbie Downer.

  Problem is, why do they introduce rank demotion and new RP Barriers but keep the rank split ? this caused a lot of issues. Plats now in Bronze, some even demoted to Rookie while having 1K+ Kills to their name and/or the fancy badges. And dont tell me that wasnt foreseeable, you didnt have to be clairvoyant to expect this.

    I hear you, and what you say is a problem that EA produced with the new system. As far as the players skill levels and rank this should balance out some as we progress to the S13 Split and onwards. The system does need a little more thought put into it and a re-work of the re-work.
    Rank demotion is a good thing IMHO. It will def keep me from making and staying in Diamond where I do not belong, Arguably I am not fully sure if I am a Plat player. I do know that I in no way should have any Rookie players in my ranked lobbies with me, however the sever demotion at the start of the season makes that otherwise.
    Lets wait and see how the season progresses and if EA tweeks the ranked system in a more balanced direction than it is in now.
