2nd Game to ever make me quit Comp/Ranked

I know people are expecting a rage quit post or something similar but this is not that thread. I actually want to try and contribute some feedback to the current state of ranked in a way that I thin...

It's certainly the biggest ranked shake-up we've had in a while and detailed posts like this are much appreciated. We'll continue passing the feedback along as we see it, thanks again!

The time investment that is required to actually achieve something in S13 ranked is insanely high now. I already didn't like the introduction of the mid-season ranked split in the past for that very same reason, but now it's so much worse. I guess the devs expect more engagement and play time because of the new ranked changes but I believe it will have the opposite effect and people will quit early.
To me, it feels like the casual gamer with a limited amount of spare time was never considered when designing this new ranked system. They could've easily given the lower ranks a faster pace and start being punishing or "grindy" at plat IV or something. That way, you can definitely limit the amount of not-so-skilled players in the higher ranks which was the main concern of most pros if I recall correctly.

  I came back after a week and as a solo player it is horrible. Silver 4 and bronze or rookie teammates every game. I am done with this mess.
  
  Respawn has made it clear it does not appreciate or want solo players in its game. If I feel the need for a BR I will play Fortnite or war zone with an actual solo option.

    I just made it into Plat as solo and its just not fun. I guess its from 90% pre-made teams, 99% S12 Masters. Its just too hard now. S12 diamond were trully the best games for solos and good for premades too.

@EA_Mako Thank you for your reply in the thread and to @GrimGaming21 we appreciate your feedback as well. There is a lot out there about the new ranked system some of it good some of it bad. We hope that you pass on and we as a community, players, Cm's and Dev.'s can all learn from this and continue to help improve this game into something better for all.

@EA_Mako Great to hear! I think we are many that overall like this new system overhaul, but some parts of it have been just a little to harsh/hardcore changes. Especially for the people that soloq or dont grind as much. But part of the issue that devs must not forget, is the matchmaking system, both for pubs and ranked, it is horrible 99% of the time!
