The matchmaking definitely needs adjusting so that there's some difficulty gradient between the grades of each rank.
e.g. In Diamond IV, you shouldn't be facing the same quality of opponents as Diamond I.
At the moment the grades of each rank mean absolutely nothing, beyond how long you grinded at that particular rank.
