3rd Sentinel trial "Feel the Rhythm" difficulty

I recognize the intent of remaining ADS, but movement is just so slow while ADS to make the sentinel's capability mostly null. I appreciate getting to get "phat head peeks" (to use the vernacular for aiming at an opponent who has a disadvantage against my small aiming profile) that mostly depends on opponents making a fatal mistake of repeating a peek I have obvious headshot angle on. In the case where I'm peeking multiple people at once, I lose that matchup every time, even edge peeking. I often find myself instead in this shot loop:

1. "snap a phat heady" (vernacular for headshot while ADS)

2. duck behind cover out of ADS to allow for as rapid a movement as possible

3. move out of cover, doing some kind of mixup to make it difficult to hit me

4. Go ADS again

5. Crack skull again, usually some other target to suppress that might be eye-to-eye with me now

The crackback is usually my biggest risk after firing even once, not to mention the punishment if shots are missed. The marksman's tempo does not pick up rapidly enough. Is it supposed to improve on headshot? I admit not understanding much of the game's mechanics.

had to work very hard to get to this level of sentinel, and this is an excessively difficult trial. If I could make a suggestion, merely hitting two headshots in a row should be enough difficulty. However, I fear that may be too easy, because I snapped 4 instances of 2 headshots in a row during a game I just completed. One of my best ranked games to date.

Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

    I think it's 2 headshots exactly 0.75-1.25s apart. Maybe 0.5s? I need to time it... It's a specific tempo.
The tempo meter is from what I can tell just a notifier of when you are able to shoot accurately again.
