banned for scroll wheel tap strafing?
i thought tap strafing was okay as long as i didn't use any macros, cheats or configs on steam. why am i getting banned for normal scroll wheel tap strafing? I'm not even using a controller either. is this anyone else having this problem? or can a EA associate tell me what I'm doing wrong.
An idea for the Re45
First off I'll start by saying - revert the Re45 back to its original state. Will never understand why you guys took out a day one gun, and changed it so drastically. I don't see anyone even using it now as a energy, burst, ramp up pistol. OR, A POSSIBLE SOLUTION; If you aren't willing to revert the pistol back, how about this - much like the Car, why not make it a duel weapon in regards to ammo type, just like the car. You can choose to rotate from light ammo to energy ammo. When you choose the energy ammo type, the gun now is a burst, ramp up energy pistol. Or, switch to light ammo and it goes back to the full auto original state. Simple. This way, all the players that loved the OG Re45, who bought skins for that weapon, can still enjoy the gun and the skins they purchased - also, you still have your new version that can be enjoyed and your lazy effort to make a new weapon won't be for nothing. To the Apex Legends Development Team, I recently read an interview where you reportedly discussed the current in-game meta. In it, you acknowledged the overpowered state of the Devotion, yet described it as "cool and well-done." You also apparently stated that nerfs are a last resort, and you'd try to balance by buffing other characters. This news was genuinely shocking to me. Both excessive nerfs and excessive buffs should be avoided. Are you truly looking at the character pick rates? Are you not noticing the unusually high pick rates of Ash, Alter, and Ballistic, while the number of characters with under 1% pick rate has increased? If this interview is indeed true, isn't that like a painter who, instead of fixing a mistake in their painting, just keeps adding more to it, ultimately ruining the entire piece? If you don't address the cause, you won't change the outcome. Is the Apex Development Team truly willing to ruin their own work like that painter? I sincerely hope that this interview is false, and that you are, in fact, facing the cause of the current chaotic meta – which is over-buffing – with genuine commitment.

I play Apex Legends solo a lot, but since the dropship returned to ranked, this game has become genuinely boring. Specifically, the forced initial skirmishes, then rushing past our weakened teammates on the Octotrain to target another team. After surviving that, another fight immediately begins. Victory feels far too unrealistic. I'm doing this solo. Are you serious? You must be out of your mind. This game is seriously lacking in integrity. Sure, there are in-game tools for coordination: pinning locations for movement, pinning survey beacons for reading. We do that! But teammates who refuse to move. We get flanked because they ignored the survey beacon. Give me a break? This game has become genuinely awful. The dropship system and player civility are way too mismatched. At least switch to the POI system from Platinum tier onward. The devs seem proud that the rank distribution has reached an ideal shape, but that ideal shape didn't come from proper management. It came from building a physical wall between Platinum and Diamond tiers. That's not a healthy game. Switch to the POI system from Platinum tier immediately. This isn't just my problem. if your gonna add an update, please make a good one instead of reworking all the legends and doing content that way, add new guns for us we havent had a new gun since the old firing range, which we need bac,k and also the last new gun was the nemisis and I also think that you should try adding helmets back and skull peircer. But other than these small nit picks like the game is good like ill admit when i get made ill say the game is bad but its just the players are wierd like the cuastics are to strong they get the 4ks from the gas no shooting its not fair and like if ur gonna rework another legend rework reveant i know has already been reworked but the rework is **bleep** compared to og revaent or bring back his totem keep the pounce something make him better. You could even add a new map or amp.
