I hit 500 packs last season when they were giving the packs out for the creators and I didn’t get an heirloom I’ve spent over 300 dollars on packs alone on this game since December and I’m level 320 ...

lnvtx While you were opening packs to reach 500 opened packs, did you receive an Heirloom?
If you did, that does reset the counter back down to zero, (which this counter won't reset if you had gotten an Heirloom directly from any of the in-game events).
No I have yet to get a single heirloom
