You are still paying a ridiculous amount to GAMBLE for what you want. Just charge up front for a skin you choose. It's a predatory monetization model no matter how you try to spin it.
- E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@IDTAKEN192000 This is also why players should save all their crafting mats. I didnt drop a dime for anything on this event i had enough mats to buy 3 skins i wanted. No one is forcing you to buy them it gives no advantage in the game over another skin its a simple cosmetic.
Apex charges rip off prices for everything, except for their battle pass.
Because everybody thinks they should have Fortnite's pricing model. :P
- @IDTAKEN192000 You can only see your hands in game anyway except for doing finishers. How many times have you looked at your hands in game and thought " Wow this is an awesome skin"
At least on weapon skins you can see what you crafted/bought/gambled for.
They could be considered overpriced though I can't argue with that, but the game is 100% free to play so that is an extremely strong counter to an overpriced cosmetic you can't really see in game. @IDTAKEN192000 Then... don't buy them? Besides it's not hard to get 2400 Crafting Metals to get a legendary skin.
