77 lvl reward

Why I can't open lvl 77 reward (legendary Apex pack)?   or  How I can open?

@warslagnothing like that. I normaly buy or open loot boxes. First time i see without a button...

@Fedinggg Have you tried logging out and back into the game? Are you on console or PC?

        @DefectDotVCNow I grind 79. at the same time I finished 77 and 78. I got on 78 wingman skin, and for 77 nothing... on any apex pack up to 79 I have not opened what I got ... and did I get.... I don't think I'll play again unless someone answers me with the "apex pack". (and I bought a battle pass)
