A bad experience on EA help.

I also had an incident where a Chinese person was hacked into the Apex Legends account and I thought it would be okay by changing the password of EA and changing the Steam password as well.
But then three days later, he was banned and asked EAhelp for help to solve this, but coming back is a macro answer and they can't help themselves,
I was told to contact a <removed> TOS team, but I couldn't help anything
Even if I filed an appeal, it didn't come back in the end, and my account couldn't play without knowing why it was banned
