They were originally good.
When they got bought out by EA, that's when it went bad.
I believe that if Respawn is bought out by some other company, let's say by Riot Games, then they will be free to return to their origins instead of being squashed under EA's boot.
When Respawn gets separated from EA, they will be free to return to their origin, assuming the purchasers let them.
If Riot is capable of doing so, they'd help Respawn bring it back to their original selves.
The problem with how you want it done, is what's the use of buying a game without the manpower to run it? It will just die.
If Respawn comes with it, then they maintain the manpower to keep the game running.
If the original crew doesn't come with the game, then it won't be the same game.
The new owners will change it, twist it, alter it, and it won't be the same, because the original visionaries aren't there to guide it.
Hence the original Titanfall crew must be brought along with the Franchise, unless you want the game to go in a completely different Non-Titanfall direction. As a Titanfall fan, I will despise you for that. I want the Titanfall Franchise to remain true to its origins, not to be twisted into another Fortnite. Get what I mean?

No, now Respawn can't produce any results at all even if they are acquired.
Because the Respawn of today has been so poisoned by EA that the staff that created that once glorious era no longer exists.
If they had just been acquired by EA, they would have been free to go back to their roots and make something better if they separated Respawn from EA.
But now, Respawn has become so poisoned by EA's influence that taking it over will not bring back the spirit of the old days.
If they truly want to continue the Titanfall franchise, it will have to be developed by people who once carried the spirit of the Titanfall franchise but have now left Respawn in disgust.
A true Titanfall fan would know that, but you are the one who should be scorned for not being able to see beyond the surface and believing in the “EA is to blame” delusion of the community and calling me a “scorned” person.
I'm just saying that a company that is passionate about the Titanfall franchise, with dedicated fans of the franchise, should take over the development of the game, rather than Respawn, which has become so poisoned by EA that it has completely forgotten its origins.
Get what I mean?
I liked Titanfall as much as the next guy, but I don't feel the passion and spirit that I used to feel from Titanfall, and I don't feel that the current Respawn can ever recapture the spirit of its origins.
I feel like the current Respawn is just cutting and pasting what the old staff built and making it look like Titanfall.

They are not poisoned.
They are controlled.
Don't you know how a government works over its cities? How much control they have over what they can or can't do?
EA is money money money, everything they buy out is forced to do this.
Nothing is ever bought from them because they charge trillions for such.
If they could however, THEN the company could use its roots again, assuming the buyer lets them.
Respawn is not poisoned, they are enthralled. They need to be released, not killed.
When they are released, set free, they WILL return to their origins.
Until then, they are controlled by EA.- EA_Mako6 months ago
