I agree, practicing with base guns alone isn't good at all for training. There's a few nuances involved in gun play that can't be properly trained for on base guns alone. Particularly L2 clip extensions or L2 stabilizers. (Strive to get L3s but more often then not you'll find at least an L2 in most games)
