4 years agoHey @MuYuSaMa Thanks for letting us know what you're experiencing in Apex Legends, I am currently unaware of a known issue with the in-game store swapping out heirloom purchases. Would you possible have a clip of this happening?

Hi @MuYuSaMa Thanks for sharing this information, to confirm I am still currently unaware of an issue that would cause this to happen. I have shared your report with the team to be aware of, My recommendation from here would be to keep playing to see if you notice anything update.
- Midnight97464 years agoHero+@EA_Illium I think I can take a guess because it happened to me with other menus, (I didn't get anything spent, but there was "misclicks").
Basically the game would freeze for a moment, or there would be some connection issue to where when you click on a tab or button, it wouldn't register, and you would click again, only to find out that it did register, and then took in the second input.
I left the settings menu panel before where I had to click twice, and it just started to ready me up for a match.
@MuYuSaMa I can tell you right now that the chances of the team who's looking into your problem being able to fix it is rather low. They don't even let players "return" anything else from accidental spendings on skins and other cosmetics. Once it gets added to your account, its added to your account forever. Unless they can find proof somewhere within the data they got that shows you clicked on Wraith's heirloom, yet ended up with Crypto's heirloom, they won't be able to help you.
I know they got a way to check data like that, as I've once opened up an Apex pack and was then shoved into a match before seeing what items I was given. This also predates the red dot shown on the new items, so I had no way of really knowing without looking at every single cosmetic possible and seeing what's new.
I simply messaged them over at help.ea, and was told what items were granted by the pack. (It was crafting materials, a caustic skin, and a gun skin, incase anyone wondered).
Also do note that the EA staff here only help out on the forums with games whenever possible, (such as help troubleshooting issues like game crashes). They're not the devs of the games, or the "direct support", (the "team" mentioned by EA_Illium) for the games.
You could wait for EA_Illium to get back to you on what the team says about the issue, but it might be better to create a ticket about it on help.ea. This way to, they can easily see which EA account is having the issue and have a better way to go about looking into your issue.
