A whole list of Legend changes

Crypto: he has no personal passive, the drone it's easy to destroy and the ultimate is chained to the tactical, making it non-existent when you don’t have the drone.

 

Passive: give him the recon class passive.

 

Surveillance drone: reduce the cooldown from 40s to 30s, the time to call it back from 1,5s to 0,5s and the noise it makes when hovering still by 33%. 

Now the drone always travels 20m if Crypto throws it and enters it at the same time.

 

EMP: now you throw a grenade (detonates on impact), creating a 24m diameter explosion which goes through walls. Affects Crypto but not his teammates. Cooldown of 150s. 

-Deals 25 damage (shield or health).

-Slows and stuns for 2,5s.

-Breaks enemy objects.

-Players can’t use healing items and grenades for 20s.

Upgrades

  1. Increase drone flying speed by 25% OR increase scan range by 25%
  2. -30s ult cooldown OR Crypto is only damaged when affected by his EMP

Seer: nerfed to the ground, with both old and new versions very disliked. 

Heartseeker: when an enemy is inside the circle and in range, it turns completely orange (no longer intermittently).

Focus of attention: increase range from 60m to 75m but no longer silences enemies. Now enemies are scanned (full body) for 1,5s, for the next 10s they have their hp highlighted and are scanned (full body) while they shoot or run, not while crouching or walking.

Exhibition: increase throw range from 15m to 25m.

Upgrades

  1. Reduce tactical cylinder diameter from 8m to 6m but increase duration by 4s OR enemies hit by the tactical are also slowed for 1,5s
  2. +20m ult radius but -8s duration OR -20m ult radius but its no longer destroyable

Newcastle 

Reduce his hitbox by 8% (keep the fortify).

Upgrades

  1. No changes
  2. Ult stuns enemies for 1,5s and increase knockback by 100% OR increase wall construction speed by 33% 

Gibraltar: he is too easy to kill, literally a bullet sponge.

Reduce his hitbox by 20% (keep the fortify).

New passive (juggernaut): remove gun shield, now Gibraltar recovers from stuns 50% faster (electric fences, arc stars, wrecking ball, missile swarm, rolling thunder, defensive bombardment, EMP) and also takes 33% less damage from grenades and explosive abilities.

Upgrades

  1. Increase tactical duration by 4s OR increase tactical throw range by 15m and it becomes a full sphere.
  2. Reduce tactical size and cooldown OR -30s of ult cooldown

Wattson: her whole kit works around accelerants, which isn’t reliable. The fences are limited by a lot of things. Limited to camp buildings and relies too much on her ultimate.

 

Perimeter security: increase placement range from 8m to 10m, node health from 25 to 45 and reduce cooldown from 15s to 7s, but ultimate no longer recharges the tactical. Only 10 nodes can be on the ground (was 12). 

Now Wattson can place nodes behind enemies, allies and lootboxes. Now a fence won’t be created if the poles' second levels are not in line of sight (before were the first levels). Irregular terrain and small objects will interfere less with the creation of fences. 

Intercepting pylon: now it has a 60s duration and a cooldown of 120s. Increase health from 150 to 350. No longer recharges enemy shields.

Spark of genius: remove ultimate accelerants effect. Increase her shield regen from 0.5p/s to 2p/s.

Upgrades

  1. +7s tactical cooldown, fences deal 10 damage and electrocute for 1s but nodes can no longer be destroyed OR move 15% faster for 2,5s when fences hit enemies 
  2. Ult spawns arc stars when destroys ordnances OR +1 ult charge but reduce radius by -12m

Mirage

Remove the decoys trail and all bamboozle voice lines.

Passive: no longer go invisible when downed (reviving teammates still does). Now being lower than 50hp will make you semi-invisible for 3s. 

 

Life of the party: remove the lights from his arms when he is cloaked.

 

Upgrades

  1. +1 tactical charge OR become semi-invisible for 2s when enemies shoot decoys
  2. Two extra ult decoys and activates instantly (no delay) OR -30s of ult cooldown

Rampart 

Modded loader (rework): killing enemies gives you 2 tokens. At any time you can craft a weapon attachment (level 1) or level up an already existing one with 1 token.

Can also do it with teammate attachments.

 

Amped cover: remove the visual effect when bullets go through because you can’t see anything. Now when enemies shoot through the shield blue side, the whole amped cover disappears instantly. 

Upgrades

  1. -0,5s on cover deployment but reduce how many can be placed by 2 OR increase amped cover width by 20%   
  2. 15% faster Sheila rotation OR +40 bullets on Sheila

Vantage

Reduce her hitbox by 8%.

Spotter lens: increase zoom while aiming unarmed from 3x to 6x and now you can see if enemies have their ultimate or not.

 

Ultimate: increase rifle draw and aiming speed by 25%. Damage goes from 50/100/150 to only 60. Reduce bullet cooldown from 40s to 30s.

Upgrades

  1. Improves tactical second jump OR +33% charge up speed if the bat is already out when you activate the jump
  2. -10s cooldown for each bullet but reduce maximum number from 6 to 4 OR enemies hit by the ult are scanned through walls for 2s

Catalyst: useless in open spaces without ultimate and limited to camp buildings. Just like Seer, tons of hate and completely butchered. Catalyst is no longer immune to other Catalysts abilities. Do you see Wattson being immune to enemy fences?

 

Barricade: reduce kicks to break fortified doors from 4 to 3. Now you can also block any openings or pathways that do not exceed a size of 8x8m width and height (this counts as 2 uses of your passive) .

 

Piercing spikes: they only stay on the ground for 12s, but enemies can no longer destroy them. The puddles can go under doors again.

Upgrades

  1. Change puddles area from 2x11 to 3x9 OR remove tactical activation delay but reduce damage from 15 to 10 
  2. +8s ult duration OR -30s ult cooldown

Ash

Marked for death: if the attackers are dead, the ones who killed them will be revealed and so on. Now the marks on the map track the enemy movement for 8s (no longer a one moment location).

 

Arc snare: now you can use it while healing and reloading, no longer tethers downed players.

 

Phase breach: enemies can no longer enter the portal.

Upgrades

  1. +1 tactical charge OR +15s duration on surfaces and can trap multiple enemies
  2. +1 ult charge but distance reduced by half OR you no longer need flat surfaces to create the portal, you can aim it to the air

Maggie: some players just don’t like to play with shotguns.

Warlord’s ire: remove the scan effect. Now the no speed penalty goes with all weapons.

 

Wrecking ball: now it always deals 30 damage and enemies can no longer use the speed pads. 

Upgrades

  1. Ult becomes a fireball OR ball moves 25% faster and it no longer stuns you
  2. No changes

Fuse

Motherlode: the burning effect is applied if the flames land on top of an enemy.

Upgrades

  1. Tactical no longer damages you OR tactical lingers on enemies 1,5s longer  
  2. Ult no longer slows you and reduce self damage by 50% OR +20% projectile speed and flames height increases by 1m

Ballistic

Upgrades

  1. +1 tactical charge but no longer lingers on surfaces OR increase pistol draw, sheathing and bullet speed by 50%
  2. -60s ult cooldown but reduce duration by 10s OR resets tactical when downing an enemy

Lifeline

Healing drone: now she can throw it up to 15m. Increase healing range from 6m to 8m and no longer heals enemies.

Ultimate (rework): revive instantly an ally with full health for 20s. They can’t recharge their shields (180s cooldown).

Upgrades

  1. No changes 
  2. Increase drone healing by 2hp/s OR -30s of ult cooldown

Caustic

Nox vision: allies can see as well inside friendly gas and they also have poisoned enemies highlighted. 

 

Gas traps: increase the traps activation radius from 3m to 4m. Now friendly traps emit a green gas and enemy ones emit a yellow gas. 

 

Nox grenade: remove the explosion delay.

Upgrades

  1. +75% of tactical throwing range OR heal 3hp/s while inside gas
  2. +6s of ult duration OR -30s cooldown 

Conduit

Background runner: now she moves 15% faster all the time, taking damage stops the speed boost for 10s. Gain instantly an extra 25% when running towards an ally (it isn’t canceled by damage).

 

Energy barricade: the batteries are no longer destroyable, but only last for 25s (was 45s).

Upgrades

  1. +15% radius for each ult mine OR reduce ult activation time by 2s 
  2. Two tactical charges but duration reduced by half OR 33% faster tactical recovery cooldown in allies for the duration of the  shield regen

Pathfinder

Passive: remove the current effect. Now on ziplines you travel 33% more silently and faster.

 

Zipline: reduce the bonus speed from 66% to 33%. Reduce cooldown from 180s to 150s.

Upgrades

  1. +8m of reach for tactical OR downing an enemy resets tactical but increase minimum cooldown to 16s
  2. -30s of ult cooldown OR +66% ult placement speed 

Bangalore

Upgrades

  1. -5s tactical cooldown OR heal 3hp/s while inside smoke 
  2. -60s of ult cooldown OR auto-ping enemies who shoot you for 2,5s.

Octane

Increase his hitbox by 5%.

Stim: no longer damages you but now has a 10s cooldown.

Swift mend: increase health regen from 1hp/s to 3hp/s.

Upgrades

  1. -1,5s tactical cooldown OR -3s of delay for passive to activate 
  2. +1 ult charge but can’t double jump OR -75% noise when ult jumping and double jumping

Horizon 

Black hole: increase health from 175 to 225. 

Upgrades

  1. Can make the pull go horizontally by throwing it on walls OR move 15% faster for 2,5s when activating spacewalk  
  2. -30s of ult cooldown OR +15% pull speed for tactical

Wraith

Voices from the void: the upgrade “sixth sense” is now basekit.

Upgrades

  1. +20% tactical wind-up speed OR -5s tactical cooldown
  2. Enemies can no longer enter the portal but reduce max distance by 50m OR -30s ult cooldown
