I definitely understand the frustration, but the game can't tell if you purposely disconnect from the internet to avoid the penalty. The best I can advise is to move to a wired connection where the stability is far greater.

I just had it with a stable internet connection, this is a bug that they should fix.

Are you saying you're on a wired connection and still disconnecting? If so, we should go through some troubleshooting. What system are you playing on?
