about in-game problems

just now I just started playing ranked and suddenly there was a connected timeout, well after I tried to enter again it turned out that it couldn't and that resulted in my rr minus up to -90. is there a return for the rr that has been sacrificed because of this? increasing rank is tired if this continues I feel disadvantaged continuously, try to fix it.
