About matching with players you have blocked
Players blocked in-game should never be matched in-game. If you block a player who has clearly sabotaged an ally, and then you are matched with that player again, I don't see the point of the block ...

there's only 1-2 pred lobby per server and i can tell you that blocking them doesn't change that you have the same ppl every game in your team.
Exactly. I think the OP wanted that Respawn made it so that if you block someone, you never get in his team again when matching with randoms. And as you say; the number of pred lobbies active at the same time is probably very low so this would ruin the entire matchmaking.
