Players blocked in-game should never be matched in-game. If you block a player who has clearly sabotaged an ally, and then you are matched with that player again, I don't see the point of the block ...

Fully Agree They Should Not Be Allowed In Your Lobby At All. But The Devs Won't Allow That As People Will Just Block All The People They Dislike And The Devs Prefer You To Be Mad And Have A Bad Time Instead Of A Good Time.
