@Szwichthe moving revive is his trademark passive i dont think they should remove it if anything i think he needs a buff. Hes good but comes across weak espeically with no teamates to cover.if squad leaves it puts him at a big disadvantage. I think he needs two maybe three buffs to even him out. One for his ultimate maybe allowing him to move and mantle faster after making contact with the walls of his castle. Instead if just usinv the knockdown to revive team mates i think you should be able to activate it while its on your back. The sound glitch that keeps happening made me think of that. This gives him abit better defence when running away vice versa to gibbis passive and lastly maybe only allow his gunshots to penetrate mobile shield. I mean penetrate his own mobile shield allowing outgoing gunfire while covered. This would make him way more intimidating. Maybe thats abit of a push though.
The issues I have with Newcastle is that you can't even move teammates far, as the revive is quick (and maybe faster than a normal revive). There's also the problem when holding the revive button, you can let go as any other legend to pull out a weapon, but doing that as Newcastle does nothing as you're still locked in the revive/dragging state. You have to hit the button again to let go of the teammate, which personally throws me off.
His passive should allow him to drag his teammates, however it shouldn't revive his teammates. Instead, give the teammates the ability to revive themselves during any point of being dragged. This will allow Newcastle to actually move his teammates, and allow the teammates to decide when is the best time to revive themselves. While being dragged, it will also stop the bleeding out timer on the player who's being dragged. Also just to point it out, the revive animation for Newcastle's revive is the teammate picking themselves up.
There's also a bug with Newcastle's revive shield. After you use it once, even if no one shoots it, you revive the next teammate or the same one with zero shields. The new knockdown shield icon on the bottom left goes from a full icon to one saying "0%". You can drop the knockdown and pick it back up to restore it. Considering knockdown shields regenerate on their own, this makes zero sense to keep broken after a single revive.
