About using "Converter" on pc / xbox /ps5 ,not cheating ? Example: xim apex

This is the link about the xim apex:you can go seach xim apex ,got many about this thing  They promise never got ban,so how about EA official opinion?  [CM - Edited to remove ALL CAPS]

@Dimon940509 Respawn's opinion is, "Just because we can't catch you doesn't mean it isn't cheating. Don't cheat."
