Absolutely tired of being paired up with no mic randoms.

@Blasian311I disagree, not using a mic actually allows me to hear all footsteps and they are not being drowned out by people causing distractions and being toxic or trolling

I agree if console players are using tv speaker no wonder they might have audio issues lol those speakers are trash, but using pc speakers you can hear footsteps just fine with the bass up and i use headphones at night but have never spoken a word with my mic idk if it even works 

Console player here PS4.

I only use my mic in premades period. Public lobbies too much white trash noise to even consider ever using mic there.

Mute squad function is still 50% so I opt out for being in private chat so I can hear the game to the best audio that I can get through my headset.

Honesty the in game audio chat is so horrendous I would not even use it at all. 

If they ever and  I do mean ever fix the squad selector in game so you can ALWAYS see both your squad mates banners to mute them I might consider going back to public chat. But if we are being honest for that 1 game out of 50 where I get someone who is not obnoxious I will just take my chances with not listening to them: yell at their kids, call someone garbage, crap on a teammate in general, fry bacon, wash dishes, go the bathroom or eat a bag of chips in my ear. 

For the first season and a half or so I allowed myself to get ear r@ped and will do so no longer.

So to the OP we may or may not have mics, but playing this game long enough will make you go into hiding just to avoid the crap mentioned above.

@mastiffslingerI agree you usually can’t understand them anyways, I just started muting straight away but as you said sometimes if you forget to mute one of their banners may not show

yea....have a mic, and rarely use it........with all the sound issues it's hard enough to hear anything, let alone listen to an idiot Shroud wanna-be complaining because he got melted...

all you need is one idiot with his sensitivity set wrong and you can't hear a damn thing besides mouthbreathing......

@Blasian311 I don't have a mic, yet I can still comm just fine with teammates. One of the many perks of being able to type quickly. Not having a mic has absolutely nothing to do with how well I can hear, and on the contrary, in my experience, the people who have mics never use them, or make so much white noise it is impossible to hear anything. 

Don't want to be paired up with randoms? Find some friends, play with them. Can't? Maybe you should buy mics for the everyone who plays this game then.
