Accidentally accepting an invite while in game, and leaving that game
Theres this thing where when a friend of yours invites you to play apex together, but you are in a middle of a round so you thought you cant. But if you click yes on that invite you leave that game and join their lobby, is that intentional? I dont think it should be in a game, it would have some benefits like joining my friend, but it would be a bad experience for your teammates cause you just up and leave them alone on the battlefield
