Account hacked and banned

my account was hacked and used to cheat, no my account is banned. I contacted EA to resolve the problem and all they said was yep it was used to cheat, your banned. I did not use my account to cheat ...

They better hurry up and fix it or they are going to lose a lot of business. I agree with the data breach theory, don’t think it has anything to do with season 2 though. You login thru origin so it’s a data breach in that system. When I talked to EA to get my account secured they advised that my security question had been answered and I needed to change it so...... definitely a data breach

I am wondering what happened after this, because I got literally the same problem now and EA just kept responding me that I cheated and doing nothing.
