Achieving Precision in Apex Legends: Understanding Accurate Aiming Techniques

How is it possible in Apex Legends that almost every 3rd or 4th player aims at me so accurately while moving, to the point that their crosshair doesn't even shake in the replay? Why does my crosshair move so much while I'm trying to aim and shoot? I understand that the game realistically reflects weapon usage, but I don't get how other players can hit moving targets so precisely with every shot. Is there some special technique, setting, or practice that makes them so accurate, or is there some other factor influencing this?
