Add a Game Mode with Unlimited Respawns

Wouldnt the ultimate solution be if Respawn could man up and fix their ranked mode, making it a game mode where casual and below average skilled players are allowed to play in their own league for a longer time, perhaps the entire splits if they dont improve their current skill level, free from smurfs and soft-reset players? Because that is what I think is one of the biggest game design flaws with Apex...Rank is a joke because its so easy, almost inevitable, to advance through the lower ranks even if your actual skill in the game doesnt improve.. Its almost impossible to stay silver even if you get 0-1 kills every game (by somewhat simplified logic, 1 k/d average SHOULD mean that you are EXACTLY where you belong skill wise since that means that you are average in your lobbies)
But on the topic of the thead; It would be interesting to try out in a LTM but I wonder how popular such mode would be as a permanent mode. When Arena came, I though that mode was a bit like "casual deathmatch" and I quickly lost interest and I might be incorrect but isnt arena ranked quite unpopular too?

@BalladalidilaI don’t really like ranked for a number of reasons but mainly due to the penalty, I think the problem with Ranked Arenas is that not enough players actually like Arenas to play it... so to have both Arenas and Ranked Arenas split into 2 different queues despite them both having a leaver penalty is pretty pointless and they should be merged into 1 queue to give (hopefully) more balanced matchmaking but it probably still won’t be solid until they add different game modes, objectives, etc to keep players engaged... I originally loved Arenas but after the leaver penalty was introduced it killed the mode for me because it seems out of 10 matches 4 of them will have a afk teammate, 2-3 a disconnected player, 1 a sweat fest of a lobby so your getting steam rolled, and 1-3 matches are actually playable possibly 4-5 if your lucky and didn’t get as many afk/disconnected teammates
Can I presume what you really dont like with ranked is not the leaver penalty per se but rather playing ranked with randoms? If so, I totally agree. Playing with randoms with leaver penalty is a nightmare and it almost becomes a mind game within your supposed team AGAINST your teammates...Like: "Will my random teammate back me up and do his part of the fight if I go in and knock two of the enemies or will he run as soon as the fight starts because he thinks you play this game by hiding until you are absolutely forced to fight?"
But its ha hard nut to crack since without leaver penalty, nothing would stop solo players (looking at you Wraith main =) to drop solo away from the team and do his own thing. Perhaps ranked is really a game mode for premades or smurfing hrmmm.. This game is actually one of the worst to play as a solo player since you, regardless of game mode, usually get teamed with a premade duo who only cares for each other at all times. So many times one of the premade duos get knocked, I start to fight that team to prevent him from being executed and instead of helping me, the other premade uses the distraction to run and revive his friend, which usually leads to me being executed since I had to 1v3 for a good minute... In pubs, I just leave when I notice such things but that is ofc not possible in ranked-
