Add an option for deaf players to "visualize sounds" - accessibility

There should be an option in the settings to turn on a "deaf mode" so people who are deaf could make the most of the game. I suggest a way to "visualize the sound" through some sort of icon on the sc...

I saw that it was deleted but NO idea why or why the ban. That group is a bit ridiculous. Toxicity is rampant, it seems. Smdh.

@legallyinsane635 and what surprises me the most is that the name of the group has the word "FRIENDLY". What kind of friendship is that? I would really appreciate it if you could make a post there to aware people of what has happened (only if you want since you might get banned as well).
