Add Mastery Level Rewards for Each Legend

So I don’t know why I didn’t think of suggesting this sooner but Rogue Company has a system where each Rogue has 10 different mastery levels to earn various rewards and I think this would be a nice system for Apex Legends and might motivate players to try out different legends and try to Master playing them all

Level 1-10 Can have a badge with different tiers and at level 10 it could be reactive

On Rogue Company the rewards are typically a spray (spraypaint), banner, border for banner, avatar for banner, emote, title for banner, etc 

On Apex Legends we could get an emote, Holospray, Banner, Pose, Character Skin, Gun Charm, Quip, Finisher, Skydive Emote, maybe a legend specific skydive trail also at max level, etc for each legend
