Add New Ranks

Problems:
From my experience playing solo queue, it is very clear that the current 8 rank classes: Rookie, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Masters, Predator are not enough. I cant talk about the experience playing in Rookie, Bronze, Silver as I jumped past those ranks pretty fast with little to no effort. However, it is pretty clear that Gold, Platinum, and Diamond are where the players are interchangeable, i.e. there are so many Diamond players that play like Gold players (you will often meet these players when solo queuing because they are bad and therefore dont have friends to queue up with) and there are so many Platinum players that play like Diamond/Masters players (you will often meet these players as trio-stacked as the enemies and you will rarely get them as your teammate).

I think this is because there are not enough rank classes and the rank system is still not optimal (Awarded RP per K/A is still too low, players with 3 kills and 10th placement still receive negative RP therefore causing strong players to stuck at ranks lower than where they are supposed to be). 

Solutions:
1. Add 2 or more ranks between Diamond and Masters or after Masters. Having more ranks will give positive feedback and rewarding feeling to players that play the game quite a lot instead of giving them feeling of being hardstuck.
2. As a rule of thumb, for any rank except Master and Predators, players with 3 K/A and 10th placement should receive decent positive RP (50-100RP) to compensate for many times dying off-drop, 10 kills 5th placement for ~300RP, 10 kills 1st placement for 600-800RP so that they can rank up faster. So I think simply double the Awarded RP per K/A for all placement would work.
