add to mute players while awaiting recovery,add it because some ppl use mic only to argue and not to do calls in a game..

im not able to mute players when my squad is wiped,awaiting recovery and when im knocked,these guys are sreaming in mic,shouting,yelling,heavily breathing.I dont want to listen to these psychoes...
