Afk players in ranked

The whole allowing afk players to stay in the game is a great change. But when both other teammates are dead and we have to stare at an idol person until our banners despawn it's annoying. The game ...

@RwFinfrock Fun part: The game usually doesn't punish the AFK person either. Had one where a guy was afk and came back after we timed out.
