@TheInlander I said this before, this game is less and less about a shooter. Its to the point where we should be asking "why are there guns in this game?"
This has for quite some time since the OG dev team left, a battle of abilities and reveal meta.
I remember when the ole devs used to do all the videos and said out right, the abilities of legends were not supposed to be the game. They were to make the game interesting but to remember the game is a shooter. The abilities for the legends created in the beginning were really balanced well. Passives were not supposed to determine the outcome of a fire fight, rather to aid slightly. NOW - you have passives that are far better than others ULT abilities.
Look at the * show of what this game has become, as opposed to the words of the OG Devs when it comes to what Apex was intended to be.
