Another Seer Nerf

Sneaking should hide you from Seer's passive ability. No legend should have 24/7 wall hacks built right into their kit. Its one thing to track them like the ult, where they're not trying to hide them...

I think they should give Seer's passive an energy meter like Valk's passive.
