here is how I understand arena MM work: first you will have a very easy game, you will smack and own your opponent so hard their parents might want to adopt a new one. the next game will get harder and sweatier but it's still in your league. If you lose, come back to square 1. If you win, your next game is gonna be on another level of sweatiness, forcing you to play against some dude that probably have never seen sunlight for 5 years under their mom's basment, also highly possibility of having to face a full stack diamond or above squad with 4k 20 badge on some of them. AND if you win, congratulation son, you are ready for ALG tournament. Your opponent is Itztimmy, ACEU and Shivfps. Good luck, because this is your dead end. I'm a solo queue, made it to silver 1 in rank arena and a hardstuck plat 4 for 2 years in BR and yet somehow the game think I'm ready to fight off a full stack Master after winning 3 games of arena. This MM is a complete joke

I agree with all of the above statement. Get rid of the MMR calculations. They don’t work as intended

Just talked to a guy bouncing in and out of gold like me, and he said he gets 200 AP for his wins, I GET 12

I just reached diamond and noticed a trend, if you win consecutive games your ap increases slowly but if you win the lose then win then lose, the ap rewarded gets reduced every win /loss

Agreed. The points just don't balance out for most people.
ALSO: I just got slammed with a 9 1/2 minute abandonment penalty when the freaking game CRASHED. I have NEVER quit out of a game before it was over. They should not be penalizing the players for their faulty coding. I'm 100% in favor of those abandonment penalties for people who actually quit before the match is over, but penalizing someone who did NOT quit, is NOT right. These ranked arenas are full of so many issues, and that is just one more on top of the messed up scoring system.
