Apex banning me for no reason?

Question

Trash game, got banned for no * reason, i played 3games and i got banned from Apex Legends, and no i dont have any cheats or thirdparty programs, i am so mad right now. Downloaded the game to play with my friends but that is now possible anymore since i got banned , Trying to send a ticket/email but i waited 2hours and the ticket wont be sent, tried 3times and waited over 1hours and still no progress,THIS GAME NEW A FIX! 1/10
