Apex HypeZone Issue

I've been having an issue getting back into HypeZones for Apex Legends on Mixer and haven't reached one in around a month and a half now or so? I've looked into the issue and I have it so that HypeZone can represent me but I've also seen what needs to be visible and most games I play on Apex the player tracker that shows how many people are alive is usually a question mark at all times. I'm also wondering if there is a way I can change my safe zone as it's slightly bigger then my TV. 

PLEASE HELP as I'd like to return to being featured on HypeZone regularly as I usually hit it around twice every few days.
