Apex is corrupted?
To start i wanted to make public this report despite there is nothing to fix the ,damage is done the damage to my PC is irreversible ,but since i have nothing to lose ,i want to give another try to t...
@WGX-IIISomething you can try if you want to reset your computer is to download a Windows boot drive to a usb flash drive that has at least 8GB, and using it as a boot drive.
It should give you the option to keep all files (but remove programs), or factory reset everything.
You can find more about it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
The USB drive should boot up when you turn on your PC. Although when I did it, I had to go into the BIOS to set it as the boot drive. You also need to know your system's format (Such as "NTFS" aka "NT file system" or "New Technology File System").
You would need another computer to download the boot files. I had to do this when I changed my account folder name improperly and found out that doing a rename messes up the store, apps, my password, and everything else in my computer's registry. What I was suppose to have done was make a new user with the desired folder name. I felt like being lazy.
If you do use this method and keep your files, everything will be sent to a ".windows" folder directly on the main drive (Which should be "C:\").
I never had an issue like this with Apex, but I had crashed countless of times on my old computer, to the point where throwing it out a window felt like an option. So you might just have some outdated drives or pc components, corrupted files in the registry caused by other programs, or maybe a virus or something that came with something you downloaded. Without looking at your computer myself, I won't really know what it could be. I have seen that blue screen error when I messed with the BIOS and system windows settings (the ones you need to actually know what you're doing) though...
I still have my USB drive incase I ever somehow mess up my PC again. You can also contact Microsoft and they will guide you through this process. (They did it for me).
Hi ,@Midnight9746
I already reset my PC
I don't know the cause of this but i don't think it was the game itself ,but some kind of virus of corrupted files when i download it ,the thing is that after the reset of my PC i download it again and the same crash appear....
Anyway there is no crash in season 5 at least for now ,thanks for the support
Hmm, sounds like the game files installed incorrectly. I don't know either, but glad it's fixed.
