Is there a way to tell who doing it I purpose and who is leaving due to lagging?
No I don't think so. They need to fix the lag because its a wide spread issue many players are having especially since last update. I can't play a game at all right now. I get booted within 2 minutes of landing every game. Then I get an out of sync message.
