2 days agoHi there. Thanks for reaching out. I know connection issues are super frustrating. Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here? To start with, make sure you power cycle your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
Let me know how it goes.

Yes always start my gaming session with doing this exactly but always end up with the packet loss. Might not happen every game but it’s pretty frequent even after a full reset of Xbox and router

Did you try the troubleshooting steps in that article? Also, are you on a wireless connection by chance?
