Apex Legends Running Bug Return

Does it happen on other games? If you have had the controller for awhile its possible you are experiencing the same issue as me... for a couple months my left joystick has been acting up I think it needs to be regreased because from what I can tell by pulling up and pushing down on the stick theres absolutely none left lol, from what I looked up white white lithium grease is the best for a controller but I haven’t been able to find any i guess I may have to order it 

I’ve been temporarily fixing it by clicking the stick and rotating it in different directions and noticed it has cat hair in it so maybe I just need to clean it, idk how cat hair gets in there though I don’t even pet the cats near the pc... my character will barely walk then sprint barely walk then sprint then I click it a bunch and rotate in in different directions and then it lets me sprint again but eventually it messes up and I can barely walk yet alone sprint

Nope, only Apex, which is why I asked on here 

If I may also add, I've made sure to clean it and it is relatively new as I bought a new PS4. Plus, I've used auto sprint to see if it was the controller and it still messed up.

My friend and I both play on PC and this happens to both of us too but not all the time. Sometimes when I run it is like the character is running but it is SO slow and glitchy. Aiming is fine, shooting is fine, running is not. 

Exactly. Everything but the running is fine. And no matter what game mode or however many times, it always happens. So I can't run. It's messing me up and I play comp. I just hope someone from the top sees this so they may fix it in some way.

This issue for me started this beginning of March and it's still happening. It doesn't occur on any other game besides Apex. I would hold down on the left stick like all the other times I used to do before and it would do the run walk run walk glitch. The only solution I had was enabling my double tap run, but it's still highly annoying to deal with when I'm not auto running. I can't play at my best like that. 

Everything else is okay except for that. I was hoping I didn't need to buy a new controller but you describe the exact same issue I've been having. This is definitely a bug I suppose.

Same. For me it started when 1.91 patch came out. and has stayed since. Not every single time, but on the regular throughout a session - every session. 

I have the same problem, I love apex but it's unplayable.
