Apex legends suggestion

Character Idea: the new character would be a tribal girl Dakota, that lives right outside of the place where Silva headquarters is. Silva pharmaceuticals is looking to expand and the tribe is right in the way so the pharmaceutical company  asked them to move but they refuse the tribe says that it is sacred grounds that they have lived on for hundreds of years now, so they come back every 2 days to keep asking the tribe to move but they have the same answer every time until about a month of them asking and silva  gets impatient and hires some people to bomb the tribe luckily Dakota was getting lotus flowers from a near bye pond for her mother that was very I’ll hoping that the flowers would help her mother, that’s when she hears a near bye explosion coming from her home so she runs over there with the flower in her hand and hides behind a near bye bush, but then she sees her dead family and friends she also notices a huge truck coming through from a bit farther away with the pharmaceutical companies logo on The side and realizes that it was them who killed her tribe and she runs away before getting caught and plans to get revenge on Silva. She is now studying weapon technology still hoping for revenge. Also she where’s the lotus flower in her hair in memory of her mom.she enters the apex games in order to get revenge on Silva bye trying to kill his son octane thinking it will give Silva the same grief that she had when her mom died.

Passive: when she throws a grenade the explosion is silent 

Tactical: she throws a disc like device that sticks to surfaces and sucks in any throwables within a 5 meter range of it and deactivates it so it doesn’t work. Also you can then pick up the throwable that was thrown into the device.

Ultimate: she can throw an object like seers ultimate that can also be destroyed but inside the bubble(25 meters big) there is a bomb that looks like a lotus flower, and it can explode if you get in a 3 meter range of it doing 25 damage.
