Actually how about each level, 200 crafting metals and also, add more skins, not from battle passes, from the crafting metals. Also, the battle pass accessible by crafting metals, but with reduced XP boosts and less skins, like 5 less skins from the Apex Coins' version of the battle pass.

Also when I talk about the more skins with crafting metals, I also mean more weapon and banner skins as well.
