apex legens on persian ps4 ?

 hello to everyone ! as a persian im not here to report a problem ( we cant login to the game ) 

i am here to ask a very important question fro. the ea support. so ea support knows that persian ppl cannot play the game in ps4. we know that pc players cant use ea service because of sanctions. 

but im going to ask a question and im really looking for a true answer 

why persian ps4 players cannot play? is it ( ps4 servers ) because of sanctions ?

i hope that ea gives me a honest answer !!!
