He’s playing on Xbox @SugondeeezBalls. He’s using a 3rd party device to use m+kb, which is considered cheating.

Good for him, for it not working. He needs to learn to aim with analog sticks.

  Neither of you are correct. I am using a XB1 Controller for movement and abilities and a mouse with keybind shortcuts for aim and abilities. I am playing on PC.
  This function on Fortnite I gave an example of is for PC only.
  This is a PC issue, not a console issue.

    Why not just use a KB? Unless you want to move between 45 and 90 degrees, but that’s negligible at best.
